ABSTRACT

Covid-19 patients experience several symptoms such as shortness of breath, abnormal heart rate, lung function abnormalities that are similar to pneumonia symptoms. These symptom conditions indicate that the saturation of oxygen (O2) levels dissolved in the blood is not normal. To measure oxygen levels in the blood using a medical device, one of which is a Pulse Oximeter. Covid-19 patients in the Sapta Taruna Health Center were 665 patients, of which this patient was counted from January 2022 to April 2022. Based on information obtained from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, the only patients that were counted were those who did the PCR/Swab test, while the people who were suspected infected with Covid-19 there are still many who do not do PCR/Swab tests, this refusal is due to fear because Hoax information is spread in the community such as: PCR/Swab tests are painful, if the PCR/Swab test results are positive, fear of being ostracized, feel healthy and other reasons. other. Patients who have been tested positive for Covid-19 will be given drugs such as fever medicine, antibiotics, anti-virus, Vitamin C, and others according to the level of symptoms they feel, if the symptoms are felt at a moderate, mild or even asymptomatic stage, they will be advised to isolate independently (Isoma) at home, but there is no further monitoring from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, even though patients who are self-isolating at home may experience a decrease in blood oxygen levels drastically, so these patients need medical devices such as pulse oximetry so that patients who are isoma can perform independent checking, henceforth the current pulse oximetry cannot provide remote information related to the condition of oxygen saturation in the patient's blood. Judging from the problems above, the research team made a product, namely Pulse Oximetry based on IoT, this tool is to measure oxygen saturation in the patient's blood and the data from the measurements made by the patient will be automatically sent to the server and can be viewed on the Sapta Taruna Health Center website, so that the Sapta Taruna Health Center can monitoring the condition of the patient in real time without having to meet directly with the patient © 2023, International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies. All Rights Reserved.

ABSTRACT

Objective The objective was to describe Nurse's experience in giving nursing care to covid-19 patients. Method Phenomenology design was used in this study. Participants in this study were nurses who provided nursing care for COVID-19 patients. Participant data were obtained from the nursing office and contacted via cell phone to become participants. After data saturation the researcher found six nurses as participants. In-depth interviews were conducted from July to August 2020 to explore the experiences of nurses giving nursing care to Covid-19 patients. Data was analyzed using the Colaizzi method. Result We found five themes of nurses giving nursing care to Covid-19 patients. The themes include the Motivation of nurses to provide nursing care during the COVID-19 pandemic, the nurse emotional response, the patient emotional response, the problems faced by COVID-19 nurses, and the expectations of the nurses. Conclusion Nurses need support while giving nursing care to Covid-19 patients to break Covid-19 transmission.

ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic caused the education system to suddenly move from offline to online learning, so it takes a variety of effective learning design trials. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the advance organiser learning model assisted by the Zoom Meeting application. This research was conducted at State Junior High School 3 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency. The research sample was 20 people. The research was conducted with an embedded design model of mixed methods. The findings show that the online advance organiser learning model uses an effective Zoom Meeting application for use, where 1) the application of advance organiser learning has a positive relationship with student learning outcomes;2) the implementation of learning takes place in the category of 'good';3) students' positive activities increase in each meeting and 4) students respond well to the implementation of the advance organiser learning model/ using the Zoom Meeting application. The implementation of advance organiser online learning using the Zoom Meeting application, however, is no more effective when compared to the implementation of learning conducted offline or under normal conditions.

ABSTRACT

In the current Covid-19 pandemic, many manufacturing industries have been affected, including the health industry. The need for medical devices during this pandemic was very high, causing scarcity of goods on the market, and high selling prices, because most medical devices had to be imported. The concept of social manufacturing can be one way to revive the health industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to develop an integrated production system through social manufacturing by involving small and medium companies and measuring the competitive level of production results from the quality side. The method used in this research is starting from literature study, field observation, production system design, product and system testing, and analysis of social manufacturing based production system test results. The results of this study are a social manufacturing-based production system for medical device products in the form of a Sanitation Chamber, and also the measurement of product quality in terms of performance (83.20), features (80.40), reliability (79.56), conformance (81.11), durability (84.67), service ability (78.33), aesthetics (81.83) and perceived quality (79.83).
